The fee is $100, garden fresh lunch included

GRASSHOPPER
Grasshopper is a joyous, gourmet meal celebrating the bounty of our farm. Come share with neighbours, members and friends; wander through the gardens and fields as musicians serenade you, and sample tantalizing appetizers in unexpected locations!
The 2010 GRASSHOPPER was held in early September and the fabulous meal was prepared by Shawn Adler and Jason Hayes. This year's chefs and dates and times are still being decided upon.

What a pleasure to wander the garden to the sound of down home music, then discover a dining room in the barn with long tables, warm ambient lighting and folks gathered, laughing and chatting. Things you need to know:
- arrive at 4 for appetizers and drinks, sit down dinner at 6pm
- BYOB, but we'll provide wine glasses
- dress casually, with comfortable footwear, and bring warm layers
- rain or shine
- scrumptious vegetarian options will be provided
Directions from Toronto (scenic route):
- 401 East to 2nd Cobourg exit (Hwy 45 , Norwood)
- North on Hwy 45, about 30 minutes into town of Hastings
- Intersects with County Rd 2 in Hastings, with church on corner
- left on County Rd 2, 6 km
- we are at 5009 County Rd 2, stone farm house with red roof on the left side of the road. Look for sign at driveway.
